APL2010 Conference Registration Form

 

Registration Fee

The registration fees include daily lunch and the Conference banquet for the participant.
 For every additional adult/children accompanying the Conference banquet you will be
charged with 60 € /30 €. 
Our spouses programm is available for additional 100 € (Children
under 12: 50 €). Members of non commercial APL organisations get a reduction
of 100,00 € on the full registration fee (pls. provide a proof of membership during
check-in at the Conference desk).

Method of Payment

Payments should be made with credit card (VISA or EURO/Mastercard) or per bank transfer.

Bank transfer should be made after receiving the invoice via email.
Please indicate the participant's name and invoice number. Otherwise the payment cannot be handled.

Paying with credit card: Please send your credit card details (VISA or EURO/Mastercard) with this form to the fax number +49 (0) 30 44720288.

The registration will only be valid after confirmed payment.

Conditions of Cancellation

Written cancellation, received by mail, email or fax up to August 16th, 2010 will be refunded with the exception of 50€ cancellation charge of the registration fee. Sorry, no refunds on/after August 16th, 2010.
